We know that if you are to be successful, you've got to have great people and we're here to see that's just what you find when you come to Oklahoma. When you create new jobs in our state, our Training for Industry Program (TIP) will provide training resources designed to ensure that you have a hard-working, collaborative and productive workforce on day one of operation, at no cost to the company. Technical experts at the state level, working with company officials and training experts at the local level, will design a program to meet your specific needs. Examples of the types of services we can provide include:
- Job analysis and training needs assessment
- Instructional materials and development
- Instructor costs
- Training facilities costs
- Pre-employment training to demonstrate skills of potential employees prior to hire
- Post-employment technical and team-based training
